Yes, you can adjust your plan at any time to better suit your needs. Upgrades will take effect immediately, while downgrades will be applied at the start of your next billing cycle.
Yes, all plans come with a 14-day free trial. You can explore every feature of your own TeslaMate instance, and if you're not satisfied you can request a full refund, no questions asked.
We can import your existing data following these 3 steps:
- Backup your existing data from TeslaFi or TeslaMate.
- Upload your backup to WeTransfer and get a link.
- Open the chat and paste the WeTransfer link so that we can import this data into your environment.
As long as your MyTeslaMate subscription is active, your data is retained:
- There is no limit to the duration of your subscription.
- You can download your data at any time from app.myteslamate.com.
From app.myteslamate.com, you can download a backup of your TeslaMate at any time.
Our installations follow best practices to help you avoid bad configurations and guarantee the security of your data:
- Updates applied a few days after each release.
- Firewall and WAF.
- Daily backups.
All of our customers' data is hosted in Europe. No data is used or sent to foreign countries. Daily backups and hosting are located in different countries for resilience.
- After paying for your subscription, your own TeslaMate instance and Grafana organization are available immediately.
- As soon as you link your Tesla account to TeslaMate, data starts populating your instance.
- To display all graphs, at least two charging sessions and a car ride are required.
